My favorite fitness blogs
Here are my top 3 favorite FITNESS FREAK Bloggers:
1.) http://fitnessformommies.net/ This blog is written by a mother of two boys named Rachel. REAL tips, for real moms! What a great read!! She tells you like it is, and really gives great tips for getting your workout in, even when your trying to cook dinner, help with homework, and be a good wife! Thanks Rachel!!
2.) http://catapultfitness.blogspot.com/ This blog is written by Susan, a certified nutrition fitness coach. She posts her thoughts and findings on new shoes, foods, etc.
Susan really goes the extra mile to show how much she loves fitness, and helping others, I will continue to be a FAN!!!
3.) www.Bodiesbyben.blogspot.com This blog is very informational, and is written by one of the MOST FIT TRAINERS I HAVE EVER SEEN! Ben Hanley. I am not kidding you. This guy knows his stuff! I was (and still am) following his blog, which he hasn't written in in quite a while, but I've added him on Facebook to see his more frequent posts. If Ben starts posting again, or shares anything new I enjoy, I will share, as he is a true inspiration! If I lived closer I would train with him at Alive Fitness in a heart beat!
